Shipping Policy

Items are shipped within 1 - 5 calendar days depending on the timing of your order.

Please note:

1. Please check, double-check, and TRIPLE-CHECK you've entered the correct shipping address at check out, including your unit # or apartment # (if applicable). Awa-Piko Soap LLC is not responsible for items being returned/lost due to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

2. Awa-Piko Soap LLC is not responsible for any delays once packages have been received by your courier of choice, but we'll try our best to resolve any issues.

Return Policy

Due to the handmade nature of our products, we do not accept returns. If you are not 100% satisfied with your order, please contact us at info@awapikosoap.com so we can make it right. Customers may contact us about any order delivered within the past 30 days, and we will complete a resolution regarding the issue with your order in no more than 14 business days of your initial email to us.

General Product Warnings

Awa-Piko Soap LLC sells topical products meant for external use only. They should not be ingested. They cannot treat, cure, or prevent any disease (including skin conditions).
Their purpose is to clean your skin and make it smell nice.

Please consult a medical professional before use if you have any health concerns, including pregnancy.
Do not use Awa-Piko Soap LLC's products if you are allergic to any of their ingredients.
Please be mindful of any skin sensitivities and allergies if you are purchasing Awa-Piko Soap LLC's products as gifts.

Please note how each product ingredient and potential allergens could affect you, and be aware that all ingredients may have been in contact with others used within all of our products.

Always spot test topical products prior to use. If any product causes irritation, discontinue use immediately and consult a medical professional.

It is the responsibility of the customer/user to use the products properly. Awa-Piko Soap LLC is not responsible for any injuries or accidents that result from the use or misuse of our products.

Variation in Product Appearance

All bar soaps made by Awa-Piko Soap LLC are made by hand, and each one is one-of-a-kind. Please expect some variation in the design. We can't guarantee that every item will be exactly like the listing photos, but they will be close!
